About Us
ProGlass means „for glass“ or „professional products for glass“ – this notion guided us when the company was established in the year 2002 and determines all our action since more than a dozen years.
Our product range is orientated to the company working in the auto glass business. No matter if it is the small garage or body-shop, the authorized dealer, the auto glass professional or the car building industry resp. the automaker. In all those fields our tools are successfully used.
Because of our wide range we can offer every customer the ideal tool for his needs. Besides a well-assorted range of hand tools for auto glass removal you will also find nearly every electrical or pneumatical cut-out tool that exists on the market.
As a maker and wholesaler we are distributing our goods to the trade mainly. Those could be national and international distributors for tools, auto glasses or auto glass adhesives. We also sell directly to manufacturing industries, professional auto glass shops or large consumers. Other customers in areas that are not covered by distributors can also purchase directly.
To place orders, all our customers can use the new webshop and also the traditional ways of placing orders (letter, fax, phone, e-mail).

Company History
- May 2014:
- The field organization has grown to 4 employees and the internal organization has developed as well. Altogether 21 employees are working for the company now.
- November 2013:
- ProGlass and ICOR, the Belgian specialist for model-type mouldings, clips and installation accessories, start their cooperation on the German market. All ICOR model-type parts are available in Germany exclusively from ProGlass.
- February 2013:
- Launch of the new website and onlineshop with extended shopping and information possibilities for our customers and an optimized connection to our internal ERP system.
- September 2012:
- We are registered at the IHK as a training company and start to educate our first apprentice (as a warehouse manager).
- May 2012:
- The team of sales representatives in Germany is further strengthened by the third field manager. The total number of employees in the company has reached 15.
- August 2009:
- The number of employees has risen to 10 persons. To better satisfy the needs of our national market we hire a field manager for the south of Germany, which means a great improvement of our customer service.
- September 2008:
- The first edition of our onlineshop is launched. Orders placed there are synchronized with our ERP system in real-time.
- March 2004:
- For the purpose of developing products with a higher usability we open up a small auto glass shop at our premises. At the same time this shop serves as a trial workshop for new products.
- January 2002:
- Siegler leaves Equalizer and establishes his own business, the ProGlass GmbH. All 4 employees follow him and the new company continues its work in the same building in Weilheim/Teck.
- January 1997:
- Oliver Siegler becomes member of the management of Equalizer Industries GmbH, a daughter company of Equalizer Industries, Inc., Texas/USA.
